- Shipping. Every Pig & Pilgrim parrilla is made to order over 8-10 weeks, and then booked in with a courier. Deliveries are to a street level door, unfortunately courier companies are unable to access any other part of the property like backyards or garages. If you require a premium delivery service please get in contact for a custom quote.
- Shipping prices. Simply enter your address at checkout and it will calculate the price for you. If for some reason your address does not return a shipping price please get in contact with us for a custom quote.
- Shipping timeframe. Shipping timeframes are dependant on your location. On average Australia wide shipping is between two and ten days however it make take longer, and this is something that is unfortunately out of our control. When your order is picked up by the courier you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note - we do not ship to PO BOX addresses.
- Returns. We want you to love your Pig & Pilgrim barbecue. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 14 days from the date you received it as long as it is unused and undamaged. Return shipping cost are at your expense. Please note that these are handmade items with a few lumps and bumps, unlike mass-produced barbecues you can buy in stores.
- Returns. If your Pig & Pilgrim barbecue for some reason arrives damaged due to shipping or transport, contact must be made to advise us of this within 24 hours as this is the timeframe we are given by courier companies to make a claim.
- Refunds. Refunds if approved will be made via the method of payment used at purchase.
