The Verso is purpose-built for serious wood-fired cooking. With two distinct cooking zones, it’s a beautifully balanced BBQ with two very different personalities.

On one side: our signature height-adjustable grill plate, easily raised or lowered using the handwheel. Move it up for a gentler cook or drop it down for searing. It’s all about controlling the heat and smoke for that perfect cook and flavour.

On the other side: a Y-shaped vertical hanging zone for slower cooking, with multiple height options. Perfect for suspending a whole fish, a rack of ribs, veggies, or that show-stopping tomahawk you’ve been saving. And just underneath, you’ve got four different grill height slots that fit additional mesh grill, and a hanger frame with two short hangers. Slide them in, move them around, ignore them entirely, it's up to you. Perfect for flexible, multi-zone cooking - talk about versatility. 

Made from 3mm solid steel, this P&P is built to last and ready to take centre stage in your backyard. Whether you’re grilling fast or slow-cooking over coals, The Verso plays both sides like a pro.

Every Pig & Pilgrim BBQ is built to order and arrives fully constructed with no flat packing and no construction needed. Your parrilla is ready to cook as soon as it lands on your doorstep.
